The compact HDS-20 commercial hot dog steamer is designed to steam 32 hot dogs and 16 buns while keeping them ready to serve. Simple on/off operation uses a factory set thermostat with 175°F water setpoint temperature and has a 4-5 hour holding time. Inexpensive to own and operate, the stainless steel construction is easy to clean. This commercial hot dog steamer is perfect for keeping hot dogs warm for hours and it turns off automatically when out of water.
