No other popcorn kettle cleaner works as fast or efficiently. Heat'N Kleen is non-toxic and is listed by the USDA for use in food plants. Popcorn kettle cleaner is ideal for high volume locataions.

Daily Care & Cleaning for Your Popcorn Machine

After each series of poppings, wipe the outside of the kettle with a soft cloth to remove any oil. Do not let any spilled oil burn on. After you are finished popping for the day, let the kettle cool so that you can handle it (yet still warm). Unplug the kettle and remove it from the machine. Wipe out the inside of the kettle, the kettle lids, kettle crossbar, and kettle exterior. Use a product like Heat 'N Kleen inside kettle cleaner tio safely remove grease and carbon.

To clean the cabinet of the popcorn machine use a clean cloth to wipe off excess grease from the glass and the outside of the machine. We recommend using Watchdog Heavy Duty Glass Cleaner to clean the glass, or you can use any glass cleaner that is recommended for cutting grease. A wax cleaner such as Johnson’s SHINE UP may be used to clean the aluminum exterior. Be sure to remove the old maid pan to empty and clean it also.

NOTES - Always keep the KETTLE MOTOR and the KETTLE HEAT switches in the OFF position when not popping corn. NEVER leave the heat on when you are not popping. If you place oil in a hot kettle, remember to finish that popping cycle, or turn off the kettle. Exposure to heat starts to break down color and flavor of popcorn oils. A clean popcorn machine will perform better and have better tasting product.
