HUMIDIFIED PRETZEL WARMERS
Humidified pretzel warmers are highly recommend. The quality of the final product will be far superior to a non-humidified unit because the humidity keeps product fresh, warm and soft for the longest period of time. How do you prepare pretzels in a humidified warmer? Hang in humidified cabinet and allow about 30 minutes for pretzels to heat. This method is for higher volume and allows you to have pretzels ready to serve all day. Humidity cabinets will hold your food products at the right temperature and texture much longer than traditional means. Holding time is about 2-3 hours.

We now offer several models with state of the art electronic controls, which provides accurate temperature and control throughout the cabinet - also features 6 pre-programmed temperature/humidity presets which can be used as factory set or reset for your specific needs.
