A: We are sorry, but we do not offer C.O.D. as a payment option.

A: Unfortunately at this time, we do not have food samples available.

A: If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will contact you prior to processing for your approval and provide you with an estimated lead-time.
Q: I do not need to purchase so many, do I have to buy the case quantity?
A: We are a factory direct wholesaler and we do not break cases.
Q: Will I need a permit or special approvals to use this equipment in my area?
A: These types of requirements are different in each part of the country. Please contact your local authorities to find out about any codes, laws and permits.
Q: Do you sell used equipment?
A: No, at this time we only sell new equipment.

All prices exclude shipping charges unless otherwise noted. You do not need to provide any personal information to obtain shipping charges online. To calculate shipping simply add item to cart and follow the prompts (requires your shipping zip code). Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on dimensional shipping weight, shipping method and destination zip code.
Our entire product database can be searched online by typing in keywords, such as product name, manufacturer part number or product description into our search box located in the upper left corner of each page.
Purchasing Online:
To purchase items from our site, you need to place them in your electronic shopping cart. Simply follow the steps listed below:
Find an item that you are interested in purchasing.
Click on the Add to Cart button.
Enter your zip code to calculate shipping charges.
From your cart you can Continue Shopping for more items or finalize your order by Proceeding to Checkout.
If you would like to change to the quantities, simply change the Qty to the number desired and click Update Total. You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon located at the top right of any page or by selecting the View Cart tab.
If you are having difficulty adding items to your cart, or your cart appears empty after you have added items to it, please make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser.
Important Ordering Notes:
Prior to ordering any equipment, verify your utilities with a qualified and licensed professonal. Where available and applicable, we have provided the NEMA plug type and electrical requirements on each item description page. The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) designations identify the various plug and receptacle configurations to prevent the wrong combinations of electrical systems from being plugged together, thereby avoiding potentially dangerous conditions.
Our gas fired equipment is designed and sold for commercial use only. This equipment is not to be used by the consumer in home use. Most commercial cooking equipment does not have electronic ignition or proper insulation as is required for units being installed in a home. Many units do not carry the American Gas Association approval required for use in a home and manufacturers will void their warranty if the product is used in a non-commercial environment. Do not allow direct contact of this equipment by the public when used in food service locations. Only personnel trained and experienced in the equipment operation may operate this equipment. Carefully read all installation instructions before operating the equipment.
Top of Page Payment Methods: Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. We do not accept credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States. At time of order, be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number, this is the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you, otherwise we will not be able to process your order.
PayPal: When you make a purchase using PayPal, you will be connected to the PayPal web site during our checkout procedure via encrypted secure connection. You must complete your transaction at the PayPal site. If you don't, you will be notified by email. If you do not return to complete your transaction within 3 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified by email.
Other Payment Methods: Money Order, Certified Check and Wire Transfer ($25.00 wire transfer fee will be added to order). We do not accept personal checks.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged to all orders that are processed with a CT, NY, OH or WI shipping address, regardless of the location the product ships from. If your purchase is tax exempt or you have a resale certificate, please contact us prior to placing your order online.
International Orders:
We currently do not ship to international locations. For international service, we recommend contacting a U.S.-based freight forwarder or consolidator, and we will be glad to ship to that location. We do not accept credit cards issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks. All international orders must be pre-paid via wire transfer and will be suject to a wire transfer bank fee. All taxes, tariffs, fees and any other related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide any international shipment documentation.
Order Processing and Delivery Time:
Your order is thoroughly reviewed to ensure that the information provided is accurate and the payment method is valid. Please note, order processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer). For security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from one of our distribution warehouses located throughout the United States. Please allow approximately 5-8 business days for delivery. Although we do not anticipate a delay for your order, we occasionally run into unexpected delays. Should this happen, we will notify you and provide you with an approximate ship date. Please contact us for expedited delivery options, pricing and availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email within 48 hours providing you with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please call us at 1-800-458-7548 or contact us by email for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.
Top of Page Standard Shipping Policies and Information
The term shipping or ship includes the commencement of shipping items in an order for multiple purchases or where the item purchased consists of components that must be shipped separately. For example, your order may consist of (1) several different items, (2) a quantity of the same item, or, (3) a single item with several component parts the size of which might require them to be shipped in separate packages. In all such orders, we endeavor to ship out individual packages together so that they arrive at the same time; however, when that is not possible, we commence shipping by shipping individual packages in the order the soonest they are available and conditions permit. In these instances, our notification to you that your order has shipped, marks the time when shipping has commenced; it does not mean that all items in the order have shipped at that time. You agree that Credit cards and debit cards are to be charged on the date of inventory reservation for the order, not the date of shipping.

Transit Time:
We reserve the right to select the shipping method. If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we might send them in separate boxes to ensure quicker service. All items in stock usually ship within 2 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 5-8 business days (Monday – Friday) for delivery. Although we do not anticipate a delay for your order, we occasionally run into unexpected delays. Should this happen, we will offer you the following options: (1) hold the order to ship complete or (2) send the available item(s) immediately, with the balance to follow when new stock arrives—it all depends upon the estimated availability date of the back ordered item(s).
Delivery dates are determined at the time the order is received and are an estimate only and are not guaranteed. Jarco Industries will not be responsible for penalties, whether monetary or otherwise, due to any shipping delays.
Items Damaged In Transit:
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT ALL PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ANY CLAIMS WITH THE CARRIERS FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT. JARCO INDUSTRIES IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS.
Jarco Industries must be notified immediately of any merchandise delivered to the customer in damaged condition. All shortages and damages must be called into the carrier within two (2) calendar day. Claims for loss or damage of orders shipped via common carrier must be collected from the delivering carrier by the customer. We are not responsible for damage created during transit, delivery, & installation or acts of God. Jarco will gladly assist customers in the proper filling of claims if deemed necessary. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for inspection. If merchandise is damaged in transit, the replacement item(s) will be re-shipped using the same method as the original shipment. Any expedited shipping will be at the customer's expense.
Oversized Shipments (Truck Delivery):
All orders that require shipment via common carrier due to size and / or weight will be delivered curbside. The driver in most cases will not be able to assist with the unloading of the items. Please advise if you will need optional delivery services such as lift-gate or inside delivery services, which would incur additional costs (subject to availability in your area). Oversized items that ship via common carrier require special shipping arrangements, and may not be trackable during the delivery process.
The freight carrier typically will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time. The carrier will contact you using the phone number provided at the time of your order. Once the freight carrier has contacted you to arrange a delivery time, you must respond to their call within 1 business day. If the freight carrier has not heard from you and needs to store your item, you may charged storage fees. Available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier's schedule. Redelivery fees can be charged if you miss your delivery appointment. The decision to reattempt delivery is made solely at the freight carriers discretion. Your item may be returned to one of our fulfillment warehouses if the freight carrier is unable to contact you for delivery or if you miss your delivery appointment. In these situations, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Residential Truck Delivery: If you request delivery to a residential address, please note that the truck will usually arrive with just one driver, so you may need to arrange to have someone on hand to help unload the shipment. The driver is not responsible for unpacking, assembling or placing furnishings, or for clearing away boxes or pallets. Please advise if you will need optional delivery services such as lift-gate or inside delivery services, which would incur additional costs (subject to availability in your area). Please note that “Inside Delivery" means that the driver will take the shipment inside the garage or first dry area only—not up stairs or into a specific room.
Hard-to-Reach Destinations: Let us know at the time you place your order if you live on a narrow or winding road that may be difficult for a full-size truck to navigate. The freight company may need to switch to a smaller truck, and advance notice will save you a lot of time and make delivery go more smoothly. If our carrier determines that your address is inaccessible for delivery, final delivery may be made to the carrier's nearest shipping terminal.
Redelivery or Reconsignment: If the freight carrier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver for reasons that are within your control, redelivery fees may apply. Once a shipment is in transit, new fees may apply if there is a change in the delivery address.
Redelivery fees may be charged if you miss your delivery appointment. The decision to reattempt delivery is made solely at the freight carrier's discretion. Your item may be returned to one of our fulfillment warehouses if the freight carrier is unable to contact you for delivery or if you miss your delivery appointment. In these situations, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Inspecting your truck shipment: While the driver is still there, inspect your shipment for damage, verify that the order is complete, and document any shortages or damage on the freight bill. Count the number of "pieces" (boxes) and make sure that your count matches the count on the delivery receipt. Shipments that are obviously damaged should be refused. If the driver demands to leave before all portions of your shipment have been inspected, note on the delivery receipt (near your signature) that the driver would not allow for inspection.
Keep in mind that if there is damage, simply signing your name without any written comments is the equivalent of stating that your delivery arrived in perfect condition—and the carrier will not honor a damage claim. Call us immediately if your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. Hang on to the packaging, too—you may need it to ship the bad piece back, or it may need to be inspected by a claims investigator. Jarco Industries cannot be held responsible for damaged merchandise that is signed for as free and clear of damage.
Returned Merchandise Policies:
Please contact our customer service department for returns at (631) 738-1000. Returns can only be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will not accept merchandise returned without prior approval from our customer service center and issuance of a return authorization number. Credit at invoice prices less a handling and restocking charge of 25% will be issued for all returns. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Jarco Industries.
Non-Returnable Items
There are no refunds for the following products:
-Any items that have been assembled, installed, used, damaged or operated.
-Custom or special ordered items.
-Items that require production build time.
-Food products.
-Disposable items and paper products, such as cups, popcorn bags, nacho trays, etc.
-Replacement parts orders.
-Talk Thru Intercom Systems.
-Crowd Control Items.
-Closeout or clearance items.
-Other select items, as noted on the product description page.
To qualify for a refund, we must receive all items in original condition, delivered to our warehouse within 15 days after our customer service department has issued a return authorization number. This includes the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will ship all items that do not qualify for a refund back to you. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less restocking fees and the original shipping charges.
Our warehouse and accounting staff work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately 10 to 14 business days after we receive the items to process the appropriate credit.
Refused Orders:
If you refuse or return a non-defective or undamaged item, you will be responsible for all actual return shipping costs, plus any applicable restocking charges.
Canceling Orders:
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order, provided that the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse and entered the Pending Fulfillment process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the Pending Fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. You cannot cancel or make changes to an order that is en route.
Pricing, Product Specifications, Etc.:
Reasonable efforts are taken to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information and related materials provided by Jarco Industries on this Web Site, but Jarco Industries is not responsible for misprints, out-of-date information, technical or pricing inaccuracies, typographical or other errors appearing on this Web Site or on any other Web Site. Replacement Parts Orders:
We will gladly assist in finding the correct part, but due to the complexity and constant revisions being made by manufacturers to better improve their equipment WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON PARTS ORDERS - there are no exceptions. A model number and serial number from the machine MUST be provided at the time of your order.
Product warranties are limited to those provided by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Jarco Industries makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Jarco Industries assumes no responsibility whatsoever with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the merchandise including, but not limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the merchandise.
Warranties are limited to the replacement of parts or assemblies that are defective. All warranty coverage is subject to the OEM terms and conditions. Any warranty repair work to be performed by OEM or any company authorized by said OEM to perform warranty service. It is at the sole discretion of an authorized service company to perform any repairs. Any packaging expenses, shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Warranty coverage excludes replacement or the supply of loaner equipment or parts to customer while repair work is being performed, including but not limited to transit time and during periods of inoperability. Jarco Industries will not assume any responsibility for loss of revenue.
Typical Services Not Covered Under Warranty:
-Travel time and mileage rendered.
-Labor to replace such items that can be replaced easily during a daily cleaning routine, ie; removable kettles on fryers, knobs, grease drawers on griddles, etc.
-Damages due to improper installation.
-Damages from abuse or misuse.
-Operated contrary to the Operating and Installation Instructions.
-Cleaning of equipment.
-Voltage conversions.
-Gas conversions.
-Pilot light adjustment.
-Miscellaneous adjustments.
-Thermostat calibration and by-pass adjustment.
-Resetting of circuit breakers or safety controls or reset buttons.
-Replacement of bulbs.
-Replacement of fuses.
-Repair of damage created during transit, delivery, installation or by acts of God.
All requests for technical service, warranty coverage and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
