Ready To Use Cotton Candy Sugar
Flossugar is packed in sealed 3.25-lb cartons. Open the container and pour directly into the spinner head- there is no messy mixing or unsanitary sugar buckets. Inventory is easy and more accurate. Gold Medal Flossugar is made from a special sugar-not too fine, not too coarse. Colors have been "vividized" so that you get a bright color, but color concentrations do not exceed the limits set down by Food & Drug Administration's GMP Directives. Flossine Cotton Candy Sugar Concentrate
Your can't lose, all Flossine flavors are Kosher and you save money with Flossine - lower food costs and lower shipping costs. Simply add about one or two heaping tablespoons Flossine to every 10 lbs. of regular granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly and it is ready to use.
Flossine has been a favorite of cotton candy operators since it was introduced in 1948. Available in (1) one pound jars (makes approximately 2000 servings once mixed) or by the case (12 jars per case). New plastic jars now have twist on/off lids and the packaging is much more sanitary than the old metal cans it used to be sold in.

Snow Cone Syrup EZ Powder Concentrate
Every EZ Concentrate flavor is Kosher. This is the easiest way to make snow cone syrup - premeasured pouches help eliminate the guesswork. To make one gallon of syrup add one flavor pouch to 1 gallon of water and 5-lb of sugar and mix well. Our most popular Kosher snow cone syrup flavors are listed below:
Glaze Pop Frosted Popcorn Flavoring
This product does not require special mixing equipment and will lightly coat your popcorn with one of our sweet delicious Kosher flavors. Simply add one part of Glaze Pop to two parts of popcorn. Please note: Glaze Pop is a light popcorn frosting and will not offer the full kernel coverage of traditional candy coated popcorn that is made with specialized expensive commercial popcorn equipment. Glaze Pop offers an easier, more economical alternative to making to flavored gourmet popcorn and is formulated for use in a standard popcorn machine.
