Like every other Gold Medal hot dog machine, it's user friendly...it's easy to clean...and it does a perfect job of getting the hot dogs up to the proper serving temperature in a minimal amount of time. This hot dog steamer is a compact unit at just 14" wide and 18-1/4" high. Standard features include 700 watt heating element with infinite heat controls and pilot light. Heavy duty stainless steel construction with separate water pan and cooking chamber makes it easy to clean and keep clean.
We HIGHLY recommend purchasing the optional #8150S hot dog stand which is designed to fit perfectly into this hot dog steamer. Hot dogs will cook much faster and more evenly with this accessory. Also functions as a great merchandiser.
