Bun cabinet is not heated but there is ample latent heat to keep the buns adequately warmed. Uses # 8036 or 8036SS sneeze guard. Sneeze guards are NOT included with the purchase price of the hot dog corral and must be purchased separately. Two separate ON/OFF switches to operate front or rear rollers and two separate variable heat controls. This hot dog cooker can also grill 36 1/8 lb hot dogs.
