The X-15 uses two ribbons which just about doubles the production of most entry level cotton candy machine models. The X-15 Whirlwind is also one the easiest cotton candy machines to operate – fill the spinner head, turn both switches on and by turning the heat control knob you adjust the voltage so that the needle on the voltmeter points to the “green” area.
