Shelf bracing in the rotating welded rack takes pizza pans as small as 12". Twin water pans easily removed for cleaning and hold enough water supply for up to 8 hours. Rotating pizza display racks stops turning when door is opened. Cabinet is illuminated with (2) 40 watt lights, has lift out glass and 3" legs to make cleaning easier.
