22-1/4" wide double door humidified pizza warmer and display cabinet with rotating display rack holds up to four 18" diameter pizzas. Twin water pans are easily removed for cleaning and hold enough water supply for up to 8 hours. Shelf bracing in the rotating welded rack takes pizza pans as small as 12". Pizza rack rotates and stops once door is opened. Cabinet is illuminated with (2) 40 watt lights, has lift out glass and 3" legs to make cleaning easier.
The doors are on front and back (employee and customer side) of the warmer - ideal for cafeteria / self serve style (pass thru).
