Humidified 18" wide humidified food display warmer and holding cabinet, flat rack version. Uses tap water - no floats to lock up. Cap tube thermometer to keep you informed of the inside cabinet temperature. Two 40 watt lights keep the interior illuminated. Removable glass for cleaning.
The holding temperature is approximately 140 degrees. Using the flat rack - the operator loads wrapped hot dogs, pretzels, sandwiches, pizza slices on a plate - or any other type of food you wish to keep hot.
