FW-9 Funnel Cake Fryer (17-1/2" W x 17-1/2" D) produces approximately 40 average size 6" Funnel Cakes per hour. Perfect size for use with our 6” lift off ring and will quickly cook up to 3 Funnel Cakes at once. This compact shallow fryer is great for Funnel Cakes, Elephant Ears, Donuts and more!
Built in safety feature: All Gold Medal fryers have two thermostats. One thermostat works with the heat adjustment dial to control the working temperature of the oil. The other is a high limit shutdown thermostat that operates if the first thermostat should fail.
