A slanted roller grill increases product visibility, boosts impulse sales and this all-in-one combination hot dog cooker saves space and money. Bun cabinet is not heated but there is ample latent heat to keep the buns adequately warmed. Uses # 8036 or 8036SS sneeze guard. Sneeze guards are NOT included with the purchase price of the hot dog corral and must be purchased separately. Two separate ON/OFF switches to operate front or rear rollers and two separate variable heat controls.
