Includes four half size stainless steel steam pans with clear polycarbonate lids (with utensil slots). Each steam pan will hold over 30 four ounce servings. Steam pan holders are removable. Variable heat control from 155-205 degrees Fahrenheit (top and bottom levels are controlled separately).
