This high output 95,000 BTU LP Gas funnel cake fryer (30" W x 27" D) has a capacity of six 8" funnel cakes and can produce 90 funnel cakes per hour. Equipped with drain, safety pilot, heavy duty jet burners for maximum efficiency and quick recovery time along with an adjustable 200 - 400 degree temperature control. We recommend using an 80-100 lbs (minimum size) or larger propane tank. This fryer also works extremely well for other fried items like flower onions, elephant ears, donuts, churros and fried fish. Heavy duty welded Low Boy Cart #5096 is available (sold separately).
Built in safety feature: All Gold Medal fryers have two thermostats. One thermostat works with the heat adjustment dial to control the working temperature of the oil. The other is a high limit shutdown thermostat that operates if the first thermostat should fail. Note: Must be installed by a professional. Safe installation requires a low pressure regulator at the LP Gas source. Uses approximately 12.4-lbs propane/hour (will vary according to cooking oil, outside temperature, etc.).

Delivery Information: This item will ship by truck (freight carrier) and will be delivered to the nearest accessible ground-level entrance of your business or residence. The driver does not assist with unpacking or set-up and it is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, building, etc.
