FW-9 Shallow fryer (17-3/8" W x 17-1/8" D x 10" H) for Funnel Cakes, Elephant Ears, Donuts and more is ideal for low volume locations and more produces about 20 Funnel Cakes per hour. For use with the 6" funnel cake ring and cooks up to 3 Funnel Cakes at once with a 6" funnel cake ring (not included). This is our only electric funnel cake fryer that plugs into a standard 3-prong outlet and is best used at low volume locations without access to 230 Volts.
Built in safety feature: All Gold Medal fryers have two thermostats. One thermostat works with the heat adjustment dial to control the working temperature of the oil. The other is a high limit shutdown thermostat that operates if the first thermostat should fail.
