This patented item really prevents the cotton candy from flying out of the pan. The plastic screening material is held tightly in 6 places, with space behind it between the clips. The floss readily adheres to the screening and makes spinning a cotton candy cones very easy and helps keep the cotton candy you are making inside of the pan. A must for every cotton candy operator. Six plastic retaining clips included. For use with all Gold Medal cotton candy machine models with aluminum or non-metallic floss pans.
Installation tip: Do not put the stabilizer tight against inside of the pan. It should be in an octagonal shape which will allow the cotton candy floss to form on the netting properly. Allow candy collect on the net, then lift it out with a cotton candy cone.
