Deep 7’’ stainless steel bull nose provides a cool work zone while protecting the knobs plus the extra large surface is designed as a plate shelf for preparation space for the cook. Stainless steel legs and heavy-duty casters standard. Gas convertible in the field with the natural gas conversion kit. Units are shipped LP gas.
