Compact 15” wide pizza display merchandiser is constructed of corrosion resistant stainless steel, tempered glass door and side panels. Chrome plated wire rack, on/off switch, low water indicator light, drain valve, adjustable temperature control and separate humidity control all in a forced air cabinet are standard. Illuminated cabinet for better visibility and merchandising along with attractive graphics enhance impulse sales.
Revolving tiered pizza racks holds three 12” pizzas. Two thermostats are provided, one for temperature and the second for humidity control. Top temperature control ranges from 110ºF to 175ºF with a thermometer located on the inside back right corner post for easy monitoring. The Star humidified pizza display cabinet will hold your product at the proper temperature and texture much longer than traditional means.
