Pretzel display merchandiser is a durable and economical way to heat your pre-baked pretzels. Star’s pretzel display merchandiser is constructed of stainless steel top and bottom, extruded aluminum corner posts, tempered glass with two 85 watt reflector flood lights, revolving pretzel holder rack and hinged plexiglass door for easy access. Holds approximately 36 standard size pretzels. Unit is approved by UL and NSF Standard 4.
This unit is heated, but is NOT HUMIDIFIED and pretzels will dry out quickly if inventory is not turned over quickly. We typically recommend using a humidified pretzel warmer to keep your products at the right temperature and texture.
