Chip 'n Cheese counter-top combination heated chip merchandiser and nacho cheese pump warmer. If counter space is at a premium, then you want to use this compact, all in one self-contained unit. An adjustable pre-calibrated thermostat controls the heating element. Adjustable temperature control. Stainless steel water tanks are used on all Gold Medal cheese warmers so there is nothing to rust through. Nacho warmer capacity is approximately 10-lbs. of chips.
Cheese pump is thermostatically controlled and requires the use of #2238 insert jar (NOT included and must be purchased separately).
