How to use Sno-Kone Concentrates:
To make 1 quart of syrup, mix 1 oz. of concentrate plus 1.25 lbs. of sugar, add hot water and mix well.
To make 1 gallon of syrup, mix 4 oz. of concentrate plus 5 to 5.5 lbs. of sugar, add hot water and mix well.
One 32 oz. bottle (1 quart) plus sugar makes 8 gallons of Ready to use syrup.
Shelf life of concentrate flavors (after sugar has been added) is approximately 1 week without refrigeration and without preservatives added. Shelf life of concentrate flavors (after sugar has been added) is approximately 2 weeks with refrigeration and without preservatives added.
