You first remove the lid from the can, place the can into a dip warmer such as #4211, and then stick the Quicker Dipper into the top - in 60 minutes it has melted everything! Then, it's easy to start melting your next batch and let the water bath warmer bring it up to the proper 175 to 180 degrees dipping temperature. You save more than two hours, dipping apples becomes a continuous process! This is a MUST HAVE ITEM if you do not want to spend time waiting to melt your caramel and need maximum production!
