Belvarian One Step Belgian Waffle Mix, packaged (6) 5 lb. bags per case. Yields approximately 136 waffles per case. This is our premium and most popular mix. Just add water (many OTHER mixes require eggs and oil to be added). Sure, the most deluxe Belgian waffle mix is not the cheapest – but tastes the best. It creates a “come back for seconds” attitude out on the midway and almost everybody is using it. The people who enjoy the best sales always do. Of course, there must be eggs in a mix – we use “certified Salmonella free” powdered eggs in our mix. Just add water and then just take in the profits!
