Twin water bath topping warmer is thermostatically controlled to hold products at serving temperature. Constructed of stainless steel for durability and comes complete with (2) lift-off lids and (2) 1 oz 10” ladles. Server warmers feature a thermostat that senses food temperature and turns each 500-watt heating element on or off as needed to eliminate burning or scorching. Accommodates (2) #10 cans or can be used with (2) #94009 stainless steel insert jars, which are NOT included and must be ordered separately.
Temperature settings are marked on thermostat knob. Power is controlled with an ON/OFF rocker switch. Water fill line eliminates overflow accidents. NSF Listed as a rethermalization unit to ensure food is quickly heated to a safe temperature before bacteria has an opportunity to grow.
