Water bath topping warmer is thermostatically controlled to hold products at serving temperature. Constructed of stainless steel for durability and comes complete with lift-off lid and 1 oz 10” ladle. Server warmers feature a thermostat that senses food temperature and turns the 500-watt heating element on or off as needed to eliminate burning or scorching. Accommodates a #10 can or can be used with our #94009 stainless steel insert jar, which is NOT included and must be ordered separately.
Temperature settings are marked on thermostat knob. Power is controlled with an ON/OFF rocker switch. NSF Listed as a rethermalization unit to ensure food is quickly heated to a safe temperature before bacteria has an opportunity to grow.
