Features 3-push buttons on front door to select portion amount which can be independently controlled, set by dipswitch setting; can also be set to manual dispense mode. Maintains cheese temperature 140-160 deg. F. (adjustable).
This Cheese Dispenser works with almost all brands of bagged cheese. Uses our bagged cheese #5278 or #5279. UL approved and UL Sanitation listed. Dimensions: 28" H x 10" W x 17" D. High volume locations should use a pre-wamer, item # 2264. Please note that this machine WILL NOT WORK with Gehl's BIB cheese.
