High speed oven bakes fresh or refrigerated pizzas, calzones, pretzels, cookies, sandwiches, etc and includes one pizza stone and two aluminum shelves. Six different vertical positions for stone. Cooking times will vary depending on pizza thickness and number of toppings. Features electronic heat control for temperature and time settings with top and bottom tubular heating elements. Multiple ovens can be stacked.
Please note: pizza stone must be "cured" for 2 hours prior to cooking. Frozen pizzas CANNOT be used on pizza stone.
