Requires four cans of "Sterno" cooking fuel (NOT included). Sterno gel is a formulation of denatured alcohol, water and gel. Sterno is odorless and smoke free. The 7oz. can burns consistently or in increments equal to 2 hours. The gel is extinguishable and can be re-lit without affecting product performance.
