Stainless steel hot dog hutch steamer 33 hot dog/20 bun capacity. The HDH-3 steamer uses a unique, vertical cooking rack that gives the hot dog virtually 100% steam exposure. This greatly reduces the cooking time and increases your sales. The separate bun compartment insures that your buns are moist and warm without over-steaming. The dual sided lid gives convenient operator access to both compartments. This means quick customer service during even your busiest time.
The top cover design helps to retain heat while providing ready access to the food. A resettable hi-limit thermostat is included for additional safety and turns off power if unit runs out of water. Seven quart water pan and tempered safety glass. The stainless steel and tempered glass construction will take the punishment of constant operation even in the most hostile environment.
