High capacity stainless steel sausage grill has a split grill and a grease tray which collects cooking juices for easy disposal. The split grill design allows fast cooking on one surface combined with a lower holding temperature on the other. The sausages are placed in a corral that moves up-and-down over a heated flat grill surface. Each surface is conrolled by its own fully adjustable thermostat. The corral motion allows the sausages to turn and as the sausages turn, they roll in their own juices, producing a self-basting sausages that sears in all the natural flavor. For use with fresh or pre-cooked products (refrigerated only / not frozen).
Sneeze guards and bun warmer drawers are NOT included with the purchase price of the sausage cooker and must be purchased separately.
