20 hotdog capacity, (rear thermostat controls) hot dog grill with unique corral that moves up and down over a heated flat grill surface. Rear thermosat controls works well for self-serve type locations. Perfect for locations where space is critical, the HDC-20R is one of our most compact models, but don't let the small size fool you. This model is a workhorse, holding up to 20 seven inch hot dogs (4 to 1#).
This hot dog corral will accommodate almost any size hot dog. As the hot dogs turn they roll in their own juices producing a self basting hot dog that sears in all of the natural flavor. Sneeze guards and bun warmer drawers are NOT included with the purchase price of the hot dog corral and must be purchased separately.
