Oven cooks one 16" pizza and display holds three 16" pizzas on rotating display rack and maintains them at a ready-to-eat temperature. The display area incorporates a thermostatically controlled heating element at the bottom of the display area and is illuminated by four incandescent bulbs located in the cabinet ceiling.
