15-1/8” wide heated display case allows visibility for pretzel and bread products. Heating system supplied with one 4 quart water tray for an optional humidified environment. Holds one 2-1/2” deep full-size steam table pans (pans NOT Included). Temperature Range 100ºF - 165ºF specifically for pretzel and bread products.
Standard features include curved tempered glass, bright quartz lights, digital display thermostat and electronic controls. Unit comes complete with a 6 foot lead-in cord and NEMA 5-15P plug type.
