Stainless steel cheese pump warmer with heated spout and lighted sign. Thermostatically controlled and designed for use with #2238 insert bowl which is NOT included and must be purchased separately. An adjustable precalibrated thermostat controls the heating element. Adjustable temperature control. Stainless steel water tanks are used on all Gold Medal cheese warmers so there is nothing to rust through.
There are two collars shipped with your cheese pump. Simply unscrew the pump knob and place collar around housing. Installing one of the included collars changes the serving size:
To serve 1/2-oz. of cheese per pump stroke, install the longer of the two collars (1" long).
To serve 3/4-oz. of cheese per pump stroke, install the shorter of the collars (3/4" long).
Using no collar at all will serve 1 oz. of cheese per pump stroke.
Cheese dispenser requires the use of #2238 insert jar (NOT included and must be purchased separately).
#10 CANS WILL NOT FIT INSIDE OF THIS CHEESE WARMER.
